Who we are?
Paradise Motor Homes is currently located on the Gold Coast and in Castle Hill, Sydney. We employ over 60 dedicated staff, predominately in manufacturing and servicing of our motorhomes, built proudly in Australia.

CABINET MAKER
We are currently looking for a trade qualified cabinet maker who has experience in the marine or recreational vehicle industry.
Other duties include:
- Build and fit furniture and cabinetry into our vehicles
- Reading and understanding specification sheets and technical drawings,
- Training and mentoring apprentices
- Ability to produce a quality finish including sealing of jobs and maintaining a clean work environment, in and outside the motor home or van conversion.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
We are currently looking somebody with superior work ethic, who works well in a team to operate our CNC machines.
- Operating CNC machines to assist in the production of parts such as roofs, walls, slideouts, cabinetry, showers etc.
- Working with fibreglass, aluminium, timber and other manufacturing materials
- Reading and understanding specification sheets and drawings
- CNC machine maintenance

FITOUT TECHNICIANS
We are currently looking for motivated and experienced trades people or trade assistants in one or more of the following areas:
- General Fitout
- Electrical Fitout
- Cabinet Making
- Vehicle Body Building
- RV/Boat Manufacturing
The roles will be responsible for:
- Interior and exterior fitout of parts such as windows, bathrooms, lighting, slideouts, ladders, bull bars etc.
- Fitting appliances, components and parts to the vehicles
- Read and understand technical drawings, manufacturers instructions and production order forms

VEHICLE BODY BUILDER
We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals who are responsible for the assembly of external body of our vehicles. Duties include:
- Assemble external body work including the roof, and walls of our vehicles
- Work with a variety of manufacturing materials and composites
- Reading and understanding specification sheets and technical drawings,
- Involves heavy lifting
