Who we are?

Paradise Motor Homes is currently located on the Gold Coast and in Castle Hill. We employ over 60 dedicated staff, predominately in manufacturing and servicing of our motorhomes, built proudly in Australia. We are always striving for excellence and are consistently looking to improve in all facets of the business, as we design, manufacture, sell and service our motorhomes.

Cabinet Maker

We are currently looking for a trade qualified cabinet maker who has experience in the marine or recreational vehicle industry.
Other duties include:
* Training school based and adult apprentices, from time to time,
* Reading and understanding specification sheets and technical drawings,
* Ensuring required parts and materials are present to work efficiently and effectively,
* Ability to build furniture and cabinets to fit into a motor home or van conversion,
* Ability to produce a quality finish including sealing of jobs and maintaining a clean work environment, in and outside the motor home or van conversion.
If you are someone with superior work ethic, has great workmanship and works well in a team, this role is for you.

Vehicle Body Builder

This role is ideally suited to a hands on, organised and proactive individual, who has experience in the following areas:
* fibreglass products and the ability to mix, apply and work with relevant compounds related to fibreglass, as well as aluminium and other manufacturing materials and composites,
* manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle external bodywork.
The particular skills we are looking for include the ability to:
* produce quality product within specified time frames,
* use a variety of hand and power tools,
* work in a team environment.

Vehicle Spray Painter

We are looking for a trade qualified spray painter to join our Paint team in the manufacturing of motor homes on the Gold Coast, who has some previous experience in spray painting motor homes, caravans, marine or other recreational vehicles.

Other duties will include:

* Making repairs on any damaged paint work,

* Training a third year apprentice,

* Control of stock including making paint orders.

This role has become available, as our current trade qualified spray painter has been promoted within the business. This means that you will have great training when you come on board.

Vehicle Frame Fabricator

We are currently looking for a trade qualified boilermaker who has experience in aluminium and steel mig and tig welding.

Other duties include:

* Training a first year apprentice,

* Reading and understanding specification sheets and technical drawings,

* Ensuring required parts and materials are present to work efficiently and effectively.
